Prenota Facile handles bookings; Qromo handles the menu and orders. Google and Tripadvisor display information and reviews. These services open only when you select their link and apply their own notices. This website does not automatically contact those providers when you view the page.
Browsing data, purposes and legal basis
To deliver pages and protect the service, the infrastructure may process IP addresses, timestamps, requested URLs, browser information and technical responses. The purposes are browsing, troubleshooting and abuse prevention; the legal basis is the legitimate interest in website availability and security under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. These data are necessary for the connection; this site does not use them for marketing or profiling.
Requests sent to the controller
If you contact the pizzeria by phone or certified email, the contact details and content you provide are processed to answer your request. Providing them is voluntary; without the necessary details we may be unable to reply. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request or, for data-rights requests, compliance with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR, as applicable). The website does not subscribe visitors to newsletters.
Providers and international transfers
Hosting is provided by Vercel Inc. Authorised personnel and technical providers may access only data needed for their tasks; data may be disclosed to authorities where legally required. Vercel’s global infrastructure may involve processing outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. Its data processing agreement describes the roles and safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. Its own privacy notice applies to service data it processes as an independent controller.

Retention
Technical data are retained as necessary for operation, troubleshooting and service protection, depending on log type and hosting settings. The application-log viewing window is not the retention period for every provider security record or backup. Messages sent to the controller are kept while handling the request and afterwards only where needed to document the response, meet legal obligations or defend a right, for the relevant statutory period or as necessary for the dispute. Vercel’s own notice, linked above, sets out its criteria for data it processes independently.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR’s conditions and limits, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing. Write to the certified email above. You may complain to the Italian data protection authority. The controller does not carry out profiling or solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
